How we access and work with your Google profile.

Transparency matters. Here's exactly what we do — and what we'll never do.

Authorized access via OAuth 2.0

When you connect your profile, you grant access through Google's official OAuth consent flow — never passwords. We request only the minimum scope required: business.manage. Once connected, your audits and reviews are read directly from your profile through Google's official API; before you connect, we work from publicly available listing information. You can review or revoke our access anytime from your Google Account settings.

Human approval on every publishing action

Review replies: drafted by AI, delivered to your inbox and dashboard, published to Google automatically — only after you approve.
Google Posts: generated by AI, delivered for your approval, published automatically — only after you approve.
Profile edits: we never modify your profile information (name, address, categories, hours) without your explicit instruction.
